1. Serving walk in customers, store collections and dealers
2. Process customer registration and invoicing
3. Communicate promptly any information to customers about their service orders, any issues with regards to their service orders via emails or by phone
4. Maintain service level agreement to customer
5. Proactively monitor emails, Whatsapp and customer calls for potential escalated issues in order to curb potential dissatisfaction
6. Liaise with other departments as necessary to meet customer demands
7. Create daily report and submit to Supervisor
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field2
2. minimum 1 year experience in customer service or related field
3. Fresh graduate is acceptable only with quick learning capability and high potential.
4. Willing to work shifting and work on the weekend or public holidays
5. Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers
6. Proactive and continuous improvement attitude
7. Strong responsibility for customer satisfaction
8. Manage workload effectively
9. Proficient computer and analytical skills
10. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadline
